On Sabbath, February 28, 2026, the Olympic Way Seventh-day Adventist Church observed Elders’ Baptism Day, where elders were granted permission by the Conference President to perform baptisms. In a historic first for the church, Elders Junior Ellis and Olivee Phillips officiated the baptism of Oswald Simms and Mikayla Chance. Notably, Oswald Simms celebrated his 92nd birthday on the same Sabbath he was baptized, making the occasion even more special for the congregation.

The Olympic Way Seventh-day Adventist Church concluded a two-week revival, “In the Midst of the Conflict, I Will Go,” from January 17–31, 2026, drawing record engagement with over 800 devices tuning in nightly from Jamaica, the Caribbean, and overseas. Led by Pastor Ralston Tyrell and Elder Denzel Cunningham, the series resulted in one individual giving his life to Christ and highlighted the powerful reach of digital evangelism.
